Lovely Swiss style chalet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, garage, sauna, wood burning hot tub.
Located in the sunniest part of Nendaz, very quit but still access by walk to all the amenities of the resort.
There's a free shuttle bus that can take you to the lifts. In the summer the swimming pool is just 100m from the chalet.
Ground floor:
Garage and parking possibility in front of the chalet for 2 cars.
Large entrance, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Sauna. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
1st floor:
Fully equipped open plan kitchen, with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher.
Dining area with access to the terrace and garden of the chalet and to the wood burning hot tub. Coal barbecue.
2 bedrooms with each 3 single beds.
Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
2nd floor:
Spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace. TV area with 2 sofas, DVD player.
2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
Good to know:
Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
- beds made on arrival
- towels
- final cleaning
Optional:
- Baby pack at 25CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
- 35CHF for sheets and towels per additional person
In winter, access often requires chains or a 4 * 4 vehicle.

The hot tub is not filled or heated upon arrival. You need to fill the water and heat it with wood.
For the use of the wood we ask CHF 1/wood log, to be paid in an honesty box at the chalet.
Dogs are welcome in the chalet, supplement of CHF 50 per dog.
We would like to inform you that bachelor/bachelorette parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. We thank you in advance for respecting this.

Thank you Samuel for your visit and your feedback. The road will be redone next spring but none of the small mountain roads have street lights and we will not ask to change that, otherwise we will not be able to see the stars as much as we do now!

Das Holz für den Hotpot war leider draussen direkt der Witterung ausgesetzt und somit nass, dadurch schafften wir es am ersten Tag nicht darin zu baden.
Wir haben dann das Holz nach drinnen genommen damit es trocknet.

The only little complain is about hot tub was not clean and ready to be used (probably unused since summer, it was smelly and plenty of spiders and insects under the cover). Being part of the rented house it would have been nice to keep it in a cleansee more

I don't mean to complain much I'm still very happy about the overall experience! But as far as improvements go,
1) My older kid was looking forward to playing Wii again, but this time around we didn't manage to plug it into the TV. I think a Wii-see more

1) My older kid was looking forward to playing Wii again, but this time around we didn't manage to plug it into the TV. I think a Wii-to-HDMI adapter would do it. The available wires seemed to suggest an option of wiring the signal through the DVD player, but that didn't seem to work. 2) The cleaning could be a bit more thorough. When we arrived, the dishwasher was filled to the brim, half of the dishes facing upside down and filled with water or stacked between other dishes and thus unreachable by water. We also found some cigarettes stuck in the sofa on the upper floor. 3) The slope in front of the chalet tended to get icy in this week's around-zero weather, so we had some unpleasant sliding-in-a-car experiences not sure whether it's possible to fix it though (get some sand to throw on the icy patches? set up a parking spot on the ground level?) |
