Very large living room with comfortable sofa, Smart TV and fireplace
Dining table for 12 people
Fully equipped kitchen with also a dining table
Bedroom with double bed
Bedroom with double bed and desk
Bathroom with bath and toilet
Bathroom with a shower. A separate toilet.
Upper floor:
Bathroom with shower and toilet
2 large bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment: oven, microwave, large fridge, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, 1 blender, 2 cheese fondue sets, 2 raclette and pancake party (2*6 people).
1 covered parking space and parking in front of the building.
Building with elevator. Boot dryer in the apartment.
The apartment is located in front of the playground and very close to the kid's sledge run. From the apartment, stroller rides are possible.

Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
- beds made on arrival
- towels
- final cleaning
Optional:
- Baby pack at 25CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
- 35CHF for sheets and towels per additional person
The access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter.

The team of Altipik was very nice, also with the little incident we had with our neighbor. Very professional dealing with that situation.
We had reported 2 things that were not 100% OK in the flat (wear & tear) and the team was immediately on it.

The flat has enough space, plates etc, so it's really suitable for a big family / group of friends. The location is awesome, very closed to the lift for little kids or elderly! |

The kitchen looks very nice, but a few things could be better:
- put a few better things in the kitch for such a flat: good knives, a corkscrewer, a few new salad scoops and good quality peelers for veggies. I wanted to buy better ones but the Coopsee more

I wanted to buy better ones but the Coop in the village does not have this. - oven does not heat equally, the seal was broken (picture sent) - some pans don't work on the induction stove, rather less pans but the ones that actually work in the system :-) it took us a while to figure out not all pans work. It's smaller details, but maybe the next tenant is happy if those things get updated. |

Pas de chauffage à l arrivée on a mis 3 jours pour être assez bien après avoir fait 3 cartons de bois.
Hélas nous avons quand même attrapé froid.

(Nous avons tenté de faire les 3 pour enfants … incomplets les 3 ) Quelques bûches dans la cheminée avec un feu prêt à allumer serait le bonheur ! Et évidemment bien valider que le chauffage soit allumer avant l arrivée des locataires ….. 🫣 Dans la chambre en sous pente du rdc, j ajouterai des rideaux devant les velux pour éviter que le froid ne tombe sur nos épaules toute la nuit …. Ou mieux : je changerai la place du lit avec le bureau . Nous avons souffert de l arrivée de l humidité sur nos têtes . Voilà quelques remarques constructives . J espère ne pas vous avoir froissés . Merci pour ces bons moments partagés chez vous ! |
