Description
Chalet (build in 2017) for 12 persons on the ski slope of Nendaz. Easy access with the car to the chalet and real ski-in/ski-out property.
5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna area, fully equipped kitchen, living area.
First floor:
Spacious living room with fireplace and large windows overlooking the ski slope and the Alps.
Open kitchen, fully equipped with dining room
Entrance with cloakroom and toilet
- 1 floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 bedroom with bunk beds for 4 children
1 bathroom with shower, toilet and a sauna
- 2 floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet
1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
2 outside parking spaces
Equipment:
Induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 2 ovens, 1 raclette and pancake party set (8 people) and 1 fondue set. A gas barbecue.
DVD player, wifi. Hair dryers.
Good to know:
Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
- beds made on arrival
- towels
- final cleaning
Optional:
- Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
- 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person
Wood for the fireplace is to be provided by the tenant.
In winter the chalet is easily accessible when the roads are clear. However, if the roads are heavily snowed in, it is necessary to have chains for the car. We recommend that you take some with you just in case.
We would like to inform you that bachelor/bachelorette parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. We thank you in advance for respecting this.

Das Oak Tree Chalet ist einfach der Wahnsinn.
Kurz bevor wir am Chalet waren, haben wir uns wie vereinbart bei dem Kontakt den wir hatten gemeldet, sodass als wir ankamen direkt jemand vor Ort war, der uns unsere 3 Parkplätze direkt am Chalet gezeigt hat und uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat. Sobald man das Chalet betritt kommt man in das geräumige offen gestaltete Wohn/Esszimmer mit einer Wahnsinns Aussicht. Die Lage direkt an der Piste knapp 500m vor der Talstation ist auch perfekt, man kann direkt vor der Tür Skier oder Snowboard anschnallen und los gehts. Die Einrichtung ist vom Feinsten und auch die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt, wir waren eher erstaunt was alles vorhanden war. Die Küche bietet alles was man bnötigt, auch z.B. ein Handrührgerät und Auflaufformen. Außerdem ist auch ein Wäscheständer zusätzlich zu Washmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. |

Leider ist die Sauna etwas klein ausgefallen, sodass maximal 2 Personen gleichzeitig reinpassen. Dafür ist sie aber schnell auf Temperatur und wird auch gut warm.
