    Description

    Charming chalet with breathtaking views of the Rhone Valley mountains, bordering a stream and forest; deer and other animals are frequently seen here.
    Large terrace and unoverlooked outdoor space.
    Situated in a very sunny part of Haute-Nendaz, in a quiet location but close to all the resort's amenities.

    Details:
    Newly renovated kitchen with Zug appliances (induction hob, oven and steam oven), dishwasher and large fridge.
    4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dedicated work area. Three of the bedrooms have exceptional views, one with a balcony and the other two with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds + 1 single bed and a pull-out bed.
    Spacious lounge with wood-burning stove and television.

    Access to a large terrace with outdoor dining tables and gas barbecue, garden swing, sun loungers and wood-burning stove.

    Hamman for 6 people, with LED lights and Bluetooth connected music.

    For electric car owners, the chalet has a car charger.

    There are 2 entrances to the chalet. The lower entrance has a shoe dryer and storage for ski/mountain clothes.

    Washing machine and tumble dryer available.

    How to get there:
    In winter, access to the chalet often requires chains or a 4 * 4 vehicle, the access road is cleared of snow every morning.
    There are 3 private parking spaces in front of the chalet.

    In winter, there is also a bus stop (a 5-minute walk away) for a free shuttle service to the resort.
    In summer, the public swimming pool and tennis courts are just 100 metres from the chalet.
    A 20-minute drive from Sion, Alaïa Surf Bay, Les Iles,....

    Good to know:

    Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
    - beds made on arrival
    - towels
    - final cleaning

    Optional:
    - Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
    - 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person

    We would like to inform you that bachelor/bachelorette parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. We thank you in advance for respecting this.

    Well-trained pets are permitted by arrangement with the owner, CHF 50 per pet will be charged.

Lovely walks and bike rides around Nendaz suitable for all abilities. We will definitely come again.
