Comfortable and cosy chalet for up to 10 people - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms - Sauna
Superb chalet located in a very sunny area and only 800 meters from the main lift of Haute-Nendaz, the 4 Valleys, connected to Veysonnaz, Thyon, Siviez and Verbier.
Located near the heart of the village, while offering peace and tranquility, the chalet is an ideal base for enjoying summer and winter delights of Nendaz.
In summer, the swimming pool and tennis courts are a 5-minute walk away.
Large entrance to store boots and ski equipment.
Sauna - bathroom with shower and toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
First floor:
Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room (Nepresso machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher).
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
1 bedroom with 2 x bunk beds and 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed.
Bathroom with bath and toilet.
Access to the garden equipped with a table, chairs and a coal BBQ.
Second floor:
Very cozy living room with fireplace, television, dvd player.
Reading area with a sofa bed.
2 bedrooms with double beds.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Garage and up to 2 places in front of the chalet.
Good to know:
Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
- beds made on arrival
- towels
- final cleaning
Optional:
- Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
- 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person
In winter, access may require chains or a 4 * 4 vehicle.

Nendaz has no sun in winter! Better not to write “very sunny area”, we just had 1 hour sun per day in the afternoon.
Some of the things in the house were broken, I could send details to the agency. But we had a great vacation!

Merci pour votre retour. Le prix comme la situation sont des points très personnel. Le chalet se trouve à moins de 100m de l'arrêt du bus navette et l'accès raide est mentionné dans l'annonce. il se trouve néanmoins très proche du centre et dans le qsee more

Le chalet se trouve à moins de 100m de l'arrêt du bus navette et l'accès raide est mentionné dans l'annonce. il se trouve néanmoins très proche du centre et dans le quartier le plus ensoleillé en hiver. Le prix est tout à fait en ligne avec les prix de Nendaz en cette période de haute saison.
