    2-bedroom apartment located 200m from the Tracouet - Nendaz ski slope.
    2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.
    Rented for maximum 4 people.
    Mountain views.
    Ideal in summer and winter.
    Easy access all year round.

    Details:
    - 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet,
    - 1 bedroom with bunk bed (single bed above, double bed below) and 1 pull-out single bed.
    - bathroom with shower and toilet,
    - fully-equipped open-plan kitchen,
    - living room with cable TV, wifi and fireplace,
    - large balcony with mountain views,
    - ski room,
    - 1 parking space in the garage.

    Equipment:
    Induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine (with small pans) and fondue set (Chinese and cheese).
    Hair dryer, Bluetooth stereo.
    Washing machine and tumble dryer in the building (extra charge).

    This apartment is comfortable and ideally located. If you are travelling without a car, the bus stop is a 200-metre walk from the building.

    Good to know:

    Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
    - beds made on arrival
    - towels
    - final cleaning

    Optional:
    - Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
    - 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person
    .
    Closer to the date of arrival, a copy of the main tenant's identity card or passport will be requested.

    Eine sehr schöne, praktische und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die ideal zum Skigebiet gelegen ist. Der Skilift ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Garage ist sehr gross und es hat einen grossen Skiraum.

Was die Pfannen angeht, so werden wir uns diese ansehen und diejenigen ersetzen, die nicht mehr in gutem Zustand sind. Was die Fernbedienung betrifft, so legen wir diese nicht in die Keybox, da die Batterien mit der Temperatur nicht in Ordnung sind. Es reicht, wenn wir in die Wohnung gehen und eine Etage hinuntergehen, was auch keine grosse Sache ist.
