This comfortable apartment for 8 people located in Nendaz/Mont-Fort/4Vallées is an ideal holiday accommodation for families or friends.
Its location is central, close to the cable car and the shuttle bus but still quiet with a magnificent view of the Rhône Valley. The beginner's luge and ski run is a short walk away. In summer the outdoor pool and tennis court are situated right in front of the apartment.
The penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, balconies at the front and back of the apartment as well as 3 parking spaces.

Bedroom 1: 2 x bunk beds (90*200) + 1 double bed (160*200).
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160*200).
Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed (180*200) with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
Bathroom with bath and WC.
Equipment in the apartment:
Cable TV and WIFI, DVD player.
Kitchen equipment:
Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette / pancake party set, cheese fondue set.
Parking, garage and common area:
In the building a room has been fitted out as a playroom for children.
In the garage a washing machine and a dryer are available exclusively for the apartment (not shared with other accommodation). You have room to store ski boots and equipment.
1 parking space in the garage.
2 private outdoor parking spaces in front of the building.

In der Wohnung war es relativ kalt. Als wir ankamen war es nur im Badezimmer wärmer als 18°C. Die Bodenheizung war zwar ein und von uns dann auf die höchste Stufe gestellt, aber nur durch das anfeuern im Ofen wurde es zumindest im Wohn-und Essbereichsee more

Die Bodenheizung war zwar ein und von uns dann auf die höchste Stufe gestellt, aber nur durch das anfeuern im Ofen wurde es zumindest im Wohn-und Essbereich über 20°C (durch dauerfeuern). Vielen Dank für die Kostenübernahme vom Feuerholz. Idealerweise wird die Heizung überprüft, damit auch in den Zimmern und Nasszellen 20°C erreicht werden kann.
