Located in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the centre, the apartment offers generous living spaces, a fireplace and spacious terraces with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and the Rhône Valley.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 4 balconies, and is spread over two levels, giving it the feel of a chalet. Bright and comfortable, it provides the perfect setting to spend quality time together and enjoy everything the 4 Vallées has to offer, whatever the season.

In winter, the free ski shuttle bus stop is just 50 metres from the building and the funicular which lifts you to the Tracouet ski lift is just 600m walk away. Shops and restaurants are approximately 500 metres away. In summer, the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts are just opposite the building.

The apartment has 2 parking spaces: one in a private garage and one in the outdoor private car park.
