Hi, we are Laetitia & Jess,
Originally from Belgium, we moved to Nendaz in 2008. Having immersed ourselves in the local community, we fell in love with the area and decided to make our life as a family here. After both working for local businesses, we took the initiative in 2013 to set up our own venture with the aim of offering a more personal solution to the rental and management of second homes.
As a team we complement each other by merging practical skills in property maintenance, with a proven knowledge of the tourist industry and a professional enthusiasm for outdoor sports.
Together we provide a friendly, dependable, personalized, and honest service coupled with an extensive knowledge of the local area.
We strive to offer a tailor-made service so you can enjoy your home and leisure time in full confidence.
To maintain the quality of our service towards our tenants and owners we hired our nice colleagues Sarah and July.
Since summer 2022 we opened our real estate office in the center of Nendaz. We are convinced that with the knowledge of the rental market and the network we built up through the years, we are the perfect partners for property sellers and buyers.
Communication is possible in French, English, Dutch, Spanish and German (we understand it better than we write it, but we keep on improving).
